Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro Switch Micro Switch - PhotoEye - Catalog #FE7C- parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microbar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microbar such as the S1700100REV03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 010503300 manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AS5185TG100P2 by Manufacturer Minco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microswitch Brand FE7CFRC6M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micron such as 394999201428 equipment made by Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASYM8002120AI made by Microfast as well as the popular FMA2 original spares produced by Micro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the rg400 by Speed-Control and 394999201428 spares by Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS232CRS10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microtec.
