Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microridge GW5-PLUS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Klockner-Moeller product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDGCP02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC697PWR711B manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MI4161TC1 by Manufacturer Klockner-Moeller as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qterm Brand J10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as MT300 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IRC500 made by Okk-Corporation as well as the popular MPC1A12 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KPD009501 by Baldor and MT300 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LT3300S1D24C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface.
