Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0003-0160G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Novotechink parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore such as the SIYPRG420MA1042DCVTDDIN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS1504002336049942A17095 manufactured by Novotechink and we are pleased to be able to service most Novotechink systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE51086440 by Manufacturer Namco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Microscan Brand 9800015202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as 15492186 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EE23030420 made by Namco as well as the popular 050602105D0 original spares produced by Milltronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS5 by Nikon and 15492186 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS150AC40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Migatron-Corp.
