Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-6300-1002G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intelliflow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Devlieg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Misumi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intelliflow such as the FSFAD401T9OHF8FAD401T90H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7R620B manufactured by Devlieg and we are pleased to be able to service most Devlieg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XZLNG60 by Manufacturer Misumi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand FRA72000050TF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mit such as 43538601 equipment made by Mit have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mit products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mit" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 121X05S1B3 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MSXB03903C3Z original spares produced by Microstar-Laboratories

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSC3676A by Mitac and 43538601 spares by Mit are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A61B2N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Miller.
