Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mil-ram 0-100 01-25245MTRS11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Misumi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the HFJP2034 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSE2BV1395 manufactured by Misumi and we are pleased to be able to service most Misumi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A3NMCA16UL by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand BY172B114G51 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mini-Circuits such as ZAPD21 equipment made by Mini-Circuits have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mini-Circuits products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mini-Circuits" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BC186A737G55 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MeldasYM2BUF701C original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BY171A372G52 by Mitsubishi and ZAPD21 spares by Mini-Circuits are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
