Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mil-ram 09-2335CABLE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Montalvo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nireco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Montalvo such as the FS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE51086000 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MB25A by Manufacturer Nireco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Noshok Brand 2002001527 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nmc such as 9655030B9629 equipment made by Nmc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nmc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nmc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GHS0040UFD12C0 made by Mts as well as the popular PX305100GI original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTSRBU0160AS4R by Mts and 9655030B9629 spares by Nmc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
