Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi A8GT-70GOT-TW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Beckhoff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contraves-Intersys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ats product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Beckhoff such as the CP700211500010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the bs1200 manufactured by Contraves-Intersys and we are pleased to be able to service most Contraves-Intersys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATS by Manufacturer Ats as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thermo-Ramsey Brand Autocheck4000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by King-Technofill such as E10028 equipment made by King-Technofill have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire King-Technofill products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "King-Technofill" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DU8P made by Barco as well as the popular calcpac original spares produced by Mettler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA7S6C07329B031 by Automation-Direct and E10028 spares by King-Technofill are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMTU000AAAS7761121000200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trane.
