Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi PM-911C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schleicher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Phw-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the XPSAK311144P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SNO2012120 manufactured by Schleicher and we are pleased to be able to service most Schleicher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CRP4B by Manufacturer Phw-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pleiger Brand RK168 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Riese such as RSNAGM equipment made by Riese have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Riese products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Riese" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QR50H made by Hart as well as the popular 3TK28261BB40 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0749M01A500X0X00 by Schweitzer and RSNAGM spares by Riese are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RT19756A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
