Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Miyachi MM-336A-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ishida parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pmc-Engineering product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the PCE984245 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P5002B manufactured by Ishida and we are pleased to be able to service most Ishida systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTELHA by Manufacturer Pmc-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Advantech Brand PCA6187 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gould such as PP0105100 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT30CST141B made by Omron as well as the popular MS2301 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRS180E01 by Mitsubishi and PP0105100 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCWFSC501024001003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weber-Suretork.
