Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries EPRBX/3W40-80/4-20MA/11-42DC/-EZ101.73-L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motion-Server product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 206Q140R20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TMZ2TPRGMB2PRG24DCRFSP2IP manufactured by Moore-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AQS044 by Manufacturer Motion-Server as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mori-Seiki Brand BUOI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motorola such as 84900282AU equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 169 made by Morse as well as the popular 80440 original spares produced by Borg-Warner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AB12C4144F34860684E54009A02 by Mori-Seiki and 84900282AU spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
