Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mooreindustries MDS/PRG/PRG/10-30DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mountz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mountz such as the 1000F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE95126301EE95126301EE951263O1EE951263O1 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 444T by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Noshok Brand 10050001127 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as CG4A22A1AS1M5E5 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LPRMVU00301 made by Mts as well as the popular TMC9700 original spares produced by Pulnix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3051S2 by Rosemount and CG4A22A1AS1M5E5 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 410300240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optoflex.
