Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion TDC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion TDC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TDC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TDC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nemicon such as the OVW2102MHT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1102407945 manufactured by Netstal and we are pleased to be able to service most Netstal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L290803B by Manufacturer Mydata-Automation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motorola Brand FRN1490A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Scale such as TOLEDO equipment made by National-Scale have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Scale products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Scale" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
