Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motovario products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nadex-Co-Ltd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Niagara product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motovario such as the PS062C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PH339000A1S manufactured by Nadex-Co-Ltd and we are pleased to be able to service most Nadex-Co-Ltd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 418A by Manufacturer Niagara as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nemicon Brand HES152HCP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nikki-Denso such as NCRDDA0A2A222 equipment made by Nikki-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Denso" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C18S1 made by Nabertherm as well as the popular 02214615 original spares produced by Neptronic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NOC2202MHC by Nemicon and NCRDDA0A2A222 spares by Nikki-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
