Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mtk Instruments MTL2213-24VDC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued National-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Muscle-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nippon-Bearing product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader National-Instruments such as the 74587501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM1C7L30A manufactured by Muscle-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Muscle-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM80UU by Manufacturer Nippon-Bearing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nematron Brand 110A0142 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nakanishi(nsk) such as NE145 equipment made by Nakanishi(nsk) have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nakanishi(nsk) products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nakanishi(nsk)" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available INS500 made by Mycom as well as the popular SC6895 original spares produced by Nb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RPM0145U701SIG2100 by Mts and NE145 spares by Nakanishi(nsk) are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AFP12553EM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nais.
