Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Multi-vac 86-850-700-13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Norbro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Natural-Micro-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Norbro such as the 20RDA401SDBE0D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEBS15BY manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AG4040 by Manufacturer Natural-Micro-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Murphy Brand 5706296 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nb such as SFWS24X36FS102 equipment made by Nb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6CM4S90 made by Myers as well as the popular CA15020000 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92401188 by Neff-Automation-Antriebstechnik and SFWS24X36FS102 spares by Nb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PANEL5000IPM1502BTBZ2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nodka.
