Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Murata EK-21312 3M-CPU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the TWF4715AF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 186557A02 manufactured by National-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFX1120G by Manufacturer Nachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nana-Electronics Brand NNC20CAW05Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nanotec such as AS4118L1804ENM24 equipment made by Nanotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nanotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nanotec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FPDI300 made by National-Instruments as well as the popular UM66ID original spares produced by Nachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MYDATAL190373D by Mydata and AS4118L1804ENM24 spares by Nanotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UM852A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi.
