Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nb SEBS15WAUU2-830mm parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Snaptite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the SP140MF17021000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 490119 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVHC20 by Manufacturer Snaptite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Woodhead Brand 101871 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thomson such as VTR010004T0TM10071 equipment made by Thomson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thomson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thomson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SMB5UK made by Stromag as well as the popular SK908242P100L4 original spares produced by Nord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WDCRLBM11RHA750B750FG by Wc and VTR010004T0TM10071 spares by Thomson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
