Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Norcross 57625-403 MP90 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nordson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nordson such as the 40081626125061B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23254 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK0280L4TW by Manufacturer Nord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nordson Brand 288012C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nordic such as 1634604 equipment made by Nordic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8503591A made by Nordson as well as the popular 60063404AG original spares produced by Nord-micro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NTNY29AA05 by Nortel and 1634604 spares by Nordic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NTNX24DA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nortel.
