Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord 100LA/4 CUS BRE40 HL / 35713655 / 152157 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nordson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nortech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nsd product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nordson such as the 400816BA2B0002057605A2A488R301U3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the exp1910rlsa manufactured by Nortech and we are pleased to be able to service most Nortech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AL2207A1 by Manufacturer Nsd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nortel Brand DJ1404001XLR1297SF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nordson such as 411838 equipment made by Nordson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nordson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nordson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LWH225E made by Novotechnik as well as the popular 52202 original spares produced by Northern-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the nb02ae05aaa22 by Norgren and 411838 spares by Nordson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VP2A060 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsd.
