Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK 1SMI50/31VX-N56C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nova products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nordson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nova such as the 021161 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XC1686CA manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 125497C by Manufacturer Nordson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nord-micro Brand 60063404AG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as 132M4CUSBRE100HLTF equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DME44B6H206A made by Japan-Servo as well as the popular LWB9225 original spares produced by Novotechnik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8503591A by Nordson and 132M4CUSBRE100HLTF spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25B34G00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nordic.
