Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North American Electric NA-ATLB-25HP-480-120-N412 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nvent-Hoffman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Northstar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the PEXP326T306 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27158 manufactured by Nvent-Hoffman and we are pleased to be able to service most Nvent-Hoffman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSR81200ZLC by Manufacturer Northstar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Num Brand NU760 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Obara such as 105D06359R equipment made by Obara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Obara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Obara" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LAH45FLZ made by Nsk as well as the popular 94003KL original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SH10601LB16DSC by Numatics and 105D06359R spares by Obara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LE15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
