Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North Star 750-175-206 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the 83F4OAAASAARCBAAE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A0280092C052 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8650C86G01 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 8702CG8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Branson such as 930BCA equipment made by Branson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9510DC1156BZZA made by Siemens as well as the popular 7MBR50SB06050 original spares produced by Fuji

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 808J3 by Allen-Bradley and 930BCA spares by Branson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7MBR25SA12050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
