Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Notifier Co DIA-2020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS200SDCIG1AEB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F024610 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3800HCMC1A1B by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand HR2000BLA16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lenze-Americas such as EVF9328EV equipment made by Lenze-Americas have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DSQS173 made by Asea as well as the popular G771K201A original spares produced by Moog

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E82EV153K4B201 by Lenze-Americas and EVF9328EV spares by Lenze-Americas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET3250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapro.
