Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Okuma BL MC-50J-20TB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thaishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the A185W30A185WCEL1801W01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B0651B2111 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature a20160525012 by Manufacturer Thaishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thompson Brand AT018003SS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bege such as BGM63L40 equipment made by Bege have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bege products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bege" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AP5M200XXC1 made by Toyoda as well as the popular B402A21 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A730009 by Fanuc and BGM63L40 spares by Bege are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
