Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omega UWTC-REC1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the 4ZBQ32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECR800S8 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N31OP945CC by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand ZX2XC9R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omegadyne such as LCKD5 equipment made by Omegadyne have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omegadyne products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omegadyne" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ZX2LD100 made by Omron as well as the popular 5IK90GSA2F original spares produced by Oriental

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E3JMR4R4US by Omron and LCKD5 spares by Omegadyne are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCKD10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omega.
