Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omni DC4C5FP-M1XE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jaquet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baumuller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jaquet such as the FT3000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSOG56M manufactured by Baumuller and we are pleased to be able to service most Baumuller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDS021W150DS0403FW by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Honeywell Brand DR45AT10000010101000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as F350L12E equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC697CPU772 by Ge-Fanuc and F350L12E spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPC9166MHZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
