Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron NS10-TV00B-V2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hitech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PK10C4D9 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A61L00010072 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWS3261DTN by Manufacturer Hitech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand PM870 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGDV590A11A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6AV39711NA020CA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular GT1675MVTBA original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP27010 by Siemens and SGDV590A11A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTA250L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer.
