Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Overly Hautz & Worldwide Electric 256B2 & W256T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pix-X-tra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexnord such as the 1110TRSB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12H5VX manufactured by Pix-X-tra and we are pleased to be able to service most Pix-X-tra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTN080040S7 by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rollway Brand RU416050 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as 116106 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R11D12 made by Poggi as well as the popular MKR1565 original spares produced by Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CH80L by Rbc and 116106 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILMIIBKD18DO4PAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix-Contact.
