Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fag product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 206Q56LR15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23060CACW33 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 222S300 by Manufacturer Fag as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 1L533B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as 345A1AS equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 286B54D made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 20HMXQ2A original spares produced by Falk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325Q56L25 by Morse-Raider and 345A1AS spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 262Q56H60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse.
