Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pack Driver AK-BX551C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the MSM8A2A2G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RAC23250460LPOW1 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6SB401065CTANA by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Panasonic Brand MSDA253A1A95 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Promac such as DHT830S equipment made by Promac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6SP401065CTAN made by Reliance as well as the popular 1762IQ8 original spares produced by Rockwell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15FR4031 by Reliance and DHT830S spares by Promac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
