Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Panasonic MN-300A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mazak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Maxon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stm such as the T112A4AMP802 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KSYZ405B2BN330B175 manufactured by Mazak and we are pleased to be able to service most Mazak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 47009701 by Manufacturer Maxon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mazak Brand KS4YZ401A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mct such as 3616107748108810 equipment made by Mct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mct" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UT16SR4F05LT made by Max-air as well as the popular IOP104 original spares produced by Max-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0052A10 by Matsuura and 3616107748108810 spares by Mct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TR90b1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matsushita.
