Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Penny & Giles SLT190/0050/01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Photocraft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pepperl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 9173007S0400X0041Y0056Z0115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RH3AJ12OR0623900091 manufactured by Photocraft and we are pleased to be able to service most Photocraft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLV408H3347 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Red-Lion Brand ARCJ2CZ0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raychem such as ttg12nema13ttg12nema13 equipment made by Raychem have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBLRI600 by Red-Lion and ttg12nema13ttg12nema13 spares by Raychem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
