Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Penta Nema-4X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl-+-Fuchs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pepperl-+-Fuchs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl-+-Fuchs such as the RLK612948S25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRM4TS27575 manufactured by Phd and we are pleased to be able to service most Phd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 905038 by Manufacturer Pepperl-+-Fuchs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pepperl-+-Fuchs Brand KFUBUFCEX1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Preceptics such as PTB425 equipment made by Preceptics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Preceptics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Preceptics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 16027273 made by Gettys as well as the popular UC2000L2E5V15 original spares produced by Pepperl-+-Fuchs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MUX2700F by Pepperl-+-Fuchs and PTB425 spares by Preceptics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C096MSC1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perlos.
