Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl + Fuchs 103368 / Kfd2-sr2-ex2.w parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eastco-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 8N561 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPN100930D manufactured by Eastco-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Eastco-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 910109500910109500 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eagle-Machinery Brand PC1007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eastco such as QPN100930 equipment made by Eastco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eastco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eastco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HG111A6 made by Eagle-Signal as well as the popular PO178576 original spares produced by Eastman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HP50A60107 by Eagle-Signal and QPN100930 spares by Eastco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LA34BJK1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eastern-Air.
