Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl Fuchs IVI-KHD2-4HB6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sharp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MAC112B0GD4C130A2WI521LXS018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIG50Q201H manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JW32CUM1 by Manufacturer Sharp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand K3NCPU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pinnacle such as MG24AB20 equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pinnacle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pinnacle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS46215 made by Imo-Industries as well as the popular KSYZ405B0 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMB2 by Pyro and MG24AB20 spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMPMC2400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
