Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl NJ+30+U4+W4-Y13196 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rechner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precilec-Radio-Energie parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the KAS70A23AKPTFE191487815726 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REO444L1BJ006CA manufactured by Precilec-Radio-Energie and we are pleased to be able to service most Precilec-Radio-Energie systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 257945 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand 0115100410172 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pt such as PT8000 equipment made by Pt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Gx44801 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 2814728 original spares produced by Phoenix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0068C21C30N095 by Rosemount and PT8000 spares by Pt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 64316771 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phaostrom.
