Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pepperl WE77/EX-SH-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ram products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Precision-Switching product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ram such as the 03101199000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6DD16720AD0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XT1863 by Manufacturer Precision-Switching as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand 3TF51110AL2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shiloh-Industries such as SI10287 equipment made by Shiloh-Industries have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4R1000SSIL by Sigma and SI10287 spares by Shiloh-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
