Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Plc-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pinnacle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Piovan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Plc-Direct such as the 100BASETX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR04 manufactured by Pinnacle and we are pleased to be able to service most Pinnacle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 112208C by Manufacturer Piovan as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pma Brand CI4510521000U00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pinnacle such as 31009R4 equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pinnacle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pinnacle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 703365100 made by Plessey as well as the popular PRD2200 original spares produced by Polyspede
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FL978 by Pizzato and 31009R4 spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
