Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter SC11DC24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sigma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teledyne product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LD4LC030BDLD4LC030BDLD4LC030BD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41J0Z97038 manufactured by Sigma and we are pleased to be able to service most Sigma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GV100004V00 by Manufacturer Teledyne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cel Brand PS71412AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as 5054932 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3TK67170BB4 made by Siemens as well as the popular SCT750S1 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SDO18 by Square-D and 5054932 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5RS96068 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sigma.
