Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the RS1A03AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UDK5114NM manufactured by Super and we are pleased to be able to service most Super systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRMR5N25P5 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Superior Brand SS2501002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGDS04F02A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SP2DS028CTAN by Reliance and SGDS04F02A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensotec.
