Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precision Digital PD7000-6R7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Protection-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Printronix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Profiline product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Protection-Controls such as the 6642VBM2101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 107927 manufactured by Printronix and we are pleased to be able to service most Printronix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P60000007TBC2 by Manufacturer Profiline as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Printonix Brand 105018001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Professional-Electronics such as 52570 equipment made by Professional-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Professional-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Professional-Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PSP10002 made by Icp as well as the popular AEE01811REVB original spares produced by Presstek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Pl6920 by Proface and 52570 spares by Professional-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S3150MCM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
