Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precitec HBG 316/316 Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proheat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pro-Tele-Vision product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the ZM382SA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 800066001 manufactured by Proheat and we are pleased to be able to service most Proheat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM5695A by Manufacturer Pro-Tele-Vision as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ptc Brand NT3223D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ceac such as PA020197 equipment made by Ceac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ceac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ceac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 150JHX30P made by Proquip as well as the popular 973222087 original spares produced by Prometec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMSBAC10 by Promess and PA020197 spares by Ceac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCT102SP1011056070109 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytheon.
