Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precitec ZE EG 316 HBG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prominent products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Presstech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prominent such as the BT4B1601SST0000UD000000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AC8FC manufactured by Prosys and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7508081001 by Manufacturer Presstech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Psc Brand FD00022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Process-Control such as C1336 equipment made by Process-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Process-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Process-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11597080 made by Process-Automation as well as the popular 60000013 original spares produced by Process-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 298002001GP2000VM41 by Proface and C1336 spares by Process-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
