Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pressbend Ltd BE190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advanced-Motion-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Motion-Controls such as the PS2X3002PWMServoAmp spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 190694412PE manufactured by Digital and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS4700S1SP8400 by Manufacturer Proface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Protector Brand CP1S120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Printronix such as PCB107927 equipment made by Printronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Printronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Printronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWB111469003 made by Prolog as well as the popular MV169MNET original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STD7000 by Pro-Logic and PCB107927 spares by Printronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SBR5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promicon.
