Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Primelco PRI-PMM.15RAR5401/B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cherry products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eriez parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vernitron-Corp. product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cherry such as the W424105BG010005A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UN1152AFWStyle9966960 manufactured by Eriez and we are pleased to be able to service most Eriez systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTX37618 by Manufacturer Vernitron-Corp. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Winpac Brand wp8441 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Laver such as VPCT equipment made by Laver have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Laver products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Laver" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YS67469852H made by Mazak as well as the popular VT210SB original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z50022300 by Mge-Ups-Systems and VPCT spares by Laver are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SOI260AL008NP1XSOI260 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Spectrum.
