Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro Face TP407S1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raymond products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face-Digital-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Radio-energie product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raymond such as the 1027314 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 298007802GP2500SC4124V manufactured by Pro-face-Digital-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face-Digital-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE0315 by Manufacturer Radio-energie as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prosoft Brand PLX51DL232 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pro-face such as PFXFP5600TPD equipment made by Pro-face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-face" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PL5910T11 made by Pro-face as well as the popular DF62011349 original spares produced by Rapistan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGBT18055240T00 by Quick and PFXFP5600TPD spares by Pro-face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXGP4601TADC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pro-face.
