Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro-face Digital Electronics 2980078-02GP2500-SC41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raven products, including obsoleted and phased-out Progressive-Automations parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Progressive-Automations product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raven such as the Viper spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLT0322 manufactured by Progressive-Automations and we are pleased to be able to service most Progressive-Automations systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PA1430150 by Manufacturer Progressive-Automations as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rechner Brand KAS8014SMA12PTFE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ramco-Innovations such as CS11DC24 equipment made by Ramco-Innovations have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available LDD00600 made by Red as well as the popular MVI56EMCMXT original spares produced by Prosoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110365E11 by Reliance and CS11DC24 spares by Ramco-Innovations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVI56MNET Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft.
