Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pro-face GLC150-BG41-XY32SC-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ramsey-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Radio-energie product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey-Technology such as the PCBA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS711AT425MXM16S manufactured by Pro-face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE0315 by Manufacturer Radio-energie as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Protection-Controls Brand M3101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proteck such as SQ16 equipment made by Proteck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proteck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proteck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RACKCONS701 made by Rackmount as well as the popular FGBT18105240T00 original spares produced by Quick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113718 by Reliance and SQ16 spares by Proteck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ps-Controller.
