Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prosoft 5207-DFNT-HART parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bell--Howell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bellows parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Belimo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bell--Howell such as the CS538000F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0712040 manufactured by Bellows and we are pleased to be able to service most Bellows systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SY424MFT by Manufacturer Belimo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bently-Nevada Brand 35003212571201M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bellsouth such as DNI5712 equipment made by Bellsouth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bellsouth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bellsouth" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T3732349 made by Bendix as well as the popular 14766301 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13241901 by Bently-Nevada and DNI5712 spares by Bellsouth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 330010010201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada.
