Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyromation such as the 440385US spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7182110030 manufactured by Pyronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 98549 by Manufacturer Loctite as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qmc Brand 43M2374 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Puma such as 923EJ1X equipment made by Puma have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 103667A by Qti and 923EJ1X spares by Puma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
